Refund Policy

How billing and refunds work for PokeNotify subscriptions.

Free trial

Where offered, PokeNotify includes a free trial so you can evaluate the subscription before being charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial at the price shown in the app.

Subscriptions purchased through the App Store

Subscriptions bought on iOS are processed and billed by Apple, so refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple under its terms — not directly by PokeNotify. To request a refund:

  • Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
  • Find the PokeNotify purchase and choose to request a refund.

To stop future charges, cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings at least 24 hours before the next renewal. Cancelling stops the next charge but does not retroactively refund the current period.

Subscriptions purchased through the web

For subscriptions purchased directly through our website, contact us at pokenotify01@gmail.com and we will review your request.
